Mindy Kolin

My work is grounded in lived experience and training. I hold a Master’s in Counseling, am a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner through the Global Trauma Institute, and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I live with anxiety shaped by childhood trauma, medical challenges, and chronic illness. In 2024, I entered an mental health program—a turning point that deepened my understanding of how the body holds trauma and how healing becomes possible.
