Certified Trauma Care Practitioner

Myshell Curry is a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner (CTCP), IFS-informed coach, somatic facilitator, and founder of Inside My Shell — a trauma recovery practice rooted in helping clients reclaim themselves after betrayal, childhood grooming, parental loss, emotional neglect, and sibling-based trauma. With lived experience as a survivor of family trauma, including growing up with a cognitively disabled sibling, Myshell offers a grounded and compassionate presence for those navigating complex relational dynamics, grief, and long-held pain. Blending somatic tools, ancestral wisdom, and culturally informed care, Myshell supports individuals and couples in regulating their nervous systems, restoring internal safety, and rewriting the stories they inherited or were forced to carry. Their approach is body-aware, spiritually attuned, and relationally safe — grounded in the belief that healing is not linear, but deeply personal and rooted in connection. Drawing from a multidisciplinary background in dance, facilitation, and chronic illness advocacy, Myshell’s intuitive coaching work centers authenticity, embodied insight, and radical care. Whether clients are currently in trauma, emerging from it, or making meaning in its aftermath, Myshell holds a gentle container and walks alongside them as a witness and guide.
